Unity only with "them"

Organizations that promote unity only within a framework of their methodology seem to becoming more prevalent. Why is it that when you approach these orgs/churches with Biblical Concerns that they then point the finger at that person and call them a "divider"? Thanks Pyromaniacs for this "relevant" poster.
