Expelled the Movie

Okay first Ben Stein is truly one of my all time favorite characters from Ferris Bueller's Day off. Allegedly he is one of the top smartest people in the world. I went to the theater with a few friends on a late night showing and unfortunately we were the only ones there. Ben Stein uses a Lee Strobel type investigative reporting style to look at the evidence, the players, and the issues surrounding the problems with Evolution. Ben does not necessarily take a Theistic attitude towards the explanation, moreover he really is just exposing the holes for the theory of macro evolution. In addition he exposes how the "scientific community" hates God so much that they are willing to blind themselves to the facts and even ostracizes scientists when anyone questions their beloved theory of evolution.

What amazed me about this movie is that Ben did not hesitate interviewing those for and against. I believe that he definitely showed Richard Dawkins to be not only quite fanatical about his religion of Atheism, but when confronted with the facts, Dawkins ascribed to an Alien Pan-Spermia theory. Pan-Spermia is the belief that Aliens seeded our planet, because a cell is so complex it could not have formed from mud and lighting like the Evolutionist wants you to believe. Because of this there are tons of hair brained theories that will not allow for an Intelligent Designer. It is too bad really that science does not look at the evidence and put away their unregenerate God-hating presuppositions to just examine the facts and let the conclusions lead where they may. Ben does a great job of showing this in his video. Most Evolutionist really just hate the Christian God of the Bible and therefore reject an thought of Intelligent Designer.

So in conclusion, it is a great movie, I highly recommend you go see it, please understand this is not some boring, sensationalized, fictitious documentary like Micheal Moore puts out. Ben is creative with this, they utilize animation (the one with Dawkins is hilarious) and some old television clips that really add to the entertainment value of this film.

I wish an analogous documentary film was made concerning the DINOGLYFS or dinolits:

It seems that the ancient man not only saw but also documented the last megafauna (gigafauna, I should say).

Bruce Alberts it was who first accepted from his post as the president of the National Academy of Sciences USA that the biological machinery can be called as such, machinery, without asserting to metaphora. He gave the students that license in 1998. Other animations on the tiny cellular machineries apart from the Expelled movie can be seen in here:

Anyway: It is interesting that it is the People of the Book who once more are the initiative spectators who have the balls to question the ambient amen and go against the loudy majority. Not the first time. Here's some statistics and charts regarding the success of the Jews in science and technological innovations when the others were too stubborn to change their minds:

This conference poster of mine shows how profoundly the continental, Haeckelian type of evolutionism drived not only the racial World War II but also the nationalistic World War I:

Hey Didymus I hope you are doing well.

Sure I disagreed with a few things that were presented namely the Universalism of the Creator being akin to satisfying all religions.

However the film was not intended to prove the existence of the Biblical God, more it was simply to let the Evidence lead where it should and the evidence points to an Intelligent Designer. If you have not seen it Thomas you really need to, especially the end where Dawkins is being interviewed by Ben Stein, whoa what a doozie!

Evolutionism was politically and religiously driven. (By religion, I mean the old worship of nature akin naturalism.) Evolutionism was a revolution, and revolutions are violent. It is anachronism to mehasize the idea of selection since evolutionism was sold by much harder claims, especially constant spontaneous generation of life from mud (moneras), inheritance of acquired characteristics, mutationism in leaps (hopeful monsters), linear model of human races - and especially recapitulation.

Today, developmental biologists are anticipating legislation of laws that would define the do’s and dont’s. In England, they are fertilizing human embryos for research purposes and pipetting chimera embryos of humans and monkeys, 'legally'. The legislation should not distract individual researchers from their personal awareness of responsibility. A permissive law merely defines the ethical minimum. The lesson is that a law is no substitute for morals and that dissidents should not be intimidated.
